Job Description
DM Recruitment are currently sourcing for a Kiosk Installer Assistant for our prestigious client located in the Newtown area. Responsibilities of a Kiosk Installer Assistant;

Installation Management

Ensure Kiosks, Print Stations and displays are configured and available for rapid deployment
Managing component stock
Manage installations in-line with agreed timeline, which includes-
o Printer set up

o Display and samples assembled and ready

o Ensuring broadband at the site is configured correctly

o Install systems into customers site

o Training of staff at site- product assembly, printer consumables, FAQs and troubleshooting

o Manage any re-siting of kiosks

Service

Work with our support team and be included on an out of hours support service
Support sales and marketing team in getting organised for trade exhibitions
Load, deliver and install at trade exhibitions
Reporting

Time log to control costs
Providing sales team with sales reports
General

Trialling new printer technologies and configurations
Bring new ideas to improve systems for discussion
Qualities needed

Attention to detail is vital
Logical and systematic approach to management
A keen interest in IT- a good knowledge would be beneficial
A good team player and motivator but able to use own initiative

The working hours are Monday - Friday, paid at £9 or £10 per hour dependent upon previous experience. Travelling will also been included in the position, with weekend support telephone cover (on call).
