Job Description
DM Recruitment are seeking an experienced Receptionist on behalf of our prestigious client based in Shrewsbury. The main purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact at the reception for visitors and guests, answering telephone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate department or person, as well as carrying out general administration skills, such as updating the computer system, filing documents, entering data.

4. Able to work as an individual, within a team
5. Friendly and patient
6. Experience in a similar role would be desirable although not essential

Duties would include:

* Filing / Archiving
* Welcoming visitors and hospitality
* Answering the phone
* Some data entry into financial systems (property management and marketing)
* Some site work keys handovers viewings to cover others
* Meeting arrangement and diary management for directors
* Office stock management
* Contractor liaison obtaining quotes (signage / maintenance / cleaners etc)
* Set up, adapt and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems and databases as appropriate

This is a permanent position with immediate start for the right candidate.
