Job DescriptionDM Recruitment are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to cover temporarily for our prestigious client based in the Shrewsbury area.
Duties included, but are not limited to:
The role would consist of general receptionist duties, such as answering calls and forwarding them, taking messages, replying to emails, sending letters, welcoming visitors and guests.
1. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role,
2. Has good command of both written and spoken English,
3. Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Word package.
4. Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential for the role.
5. Solid attention to detail
6. Strong time keeping skills
Working hours are Monday to Friday (or as required) 9.00am to 5.00pm.
This is a temporary role, only vacant for holiday / sickness cover at our client.
